Sales Process

  1. An order form is completed. 
  2. If applicable, a photograph(s) accompanies the order form or it is delivered to the office of Treasured Tributes in Innisfil 
  3. A paper proof/electronic proof is created and either presented to you at the office or sent to you electronically as a PDF file (can be seen with Adobe Reader). The items to focus on include the size of the lettering/dates/images/photograph, spacing around the lettering/dates/images/photograph, and whether the photograph is cropped as per your specifications. If your proof has a photo, please note that the photo on your paper/electronic proof will not be the engraved photo. 
  4. Additional edits are performed, if applicable. 
  5. If requested, a second proof (PDF file) is sent to you by e-mail to be viewed with Adobe Reader. 
  6. Your last proof is approved. 
  7. Full payment for your Tribute is due before engraving begins. 
  8. Your Tribute is engraved and either picked up in Innisfil or shipped out. 

 

Turnaround Time 

Our turnaround time is approximately 1 week, depending upon your method and speed of payment, your delivery details, when your photo(s) is received (if applicable), and how long it takes for your proof(s) to be approved. A proof can usually be created within 2-4 days, and the engraving can usually be completed within 2-4 days. Rush orders will be performed, if possible, for an additional fee. 

 

Please note that your quoted price will include receiving a proof, edits to your proof, and a second proof, if desired, to view the result of your changes. If you wish to have a photo engraved on your product, your quoted price will include cropping and/or photo size reductions/enlargements, it will not include edits to your photograph unless noted on your price request or order form. If and when the specifications on your order change (e.g. increasing text size, additional photo edits), you will be charged $60/hour for design as well as $50/hour for additional engraving, if any. The details as well as new price will be e-mailed or faxed to you for approval, and a 50% deposit will be required before additional changes are made. Your quoted price will not include shipping charges. Full payment is due after your proof is approved and before your Tribute is engraved.
