Do you have a price list?
Yes, we have a Price List for the products shown on our Products page. If you are unable to find your desired tribute and/or engraving options, please fill out a Price Request, and we will respond as soon as possible. The Price Request will open in a pop-up window. Please wait a few minutes for the form to download.
Please note that quoted prices include receiving a proof, edits to a proof, and a second proof, if desired, to view the result of changes. For engraved photos, quoted prices include cropping and/or photo size reductions/enlargements, they do not include edits to photographs. If and when the specifications on an order change (e.g. increasing text size, additional photo edits), we charge $60/hour for design as well as $50/hour for additional engraving, if any. The details as well as new price will be e-mailed or faxed for approval, and a 50% deposit will be required before additional changes are made. Quoted prices do not include shipping charges. 
How can I pay for my tribute?
You can pay for your tribute with cash, cheque, certified cheque or money order (Canadian Dollars). Taxes total 14%, and they are included in the prices. The Ontario Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is 8%, and the Ontario Goods & Services Tax (GST) is 6%. Full payment is due after a proof is approved and before a Tribute is engraved. 
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is approximately 1 week, depending upon your method and speed of payment, your delivery details, when your photo(s) is received (if applicable), and how long it takes for your proof(s) to be approved. A proof can usually be created within 2-4 days, and the engraving can usually be completed within 2-4 days. Rush orders will be performed, if possible, for an additional fee. 
What are your shipping options and rates?
We utilize FedEx for all of our shipments unless otherwise specified. Please see Domestic Services or Canada-to-U.S. Services as well as Rates & Transit Times for more information. Our postal code is L9S 1L5. The weight for each product will be listed on the Products page soon.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, it is possible to make changes to your order as long as you relay your changes before your tribute is engraved. As mentioned on the Sales Process page, if and when the specifications on your order change (e.g. increasing text size, additional photo edits), you will be charged $60/hour for design as well as $50/hour for additional engraving, if any. The details as well as new price will be e-mailed or faxed to you for approval, and a 50% deposit will be required before additional changes are made. 
What is your refund policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products as well as our work, and we do our best to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your tribute, please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt. If your product is defective, it will be replaced if possible or you will receive a full refund. Please return your tribute immediately using ground service (FedEx ground or FedEx international ground) at our expense. Please ensure that your tribute is in new condition and that the original packaging is used for the return shipment. If the words, names, dates and/or photo on your tribute do not match what is on the approved proof, it will be replaced if possible or you will receive a full refund. Please return your tribute immediately using ground service (FedEx ground or FedEx international ground) at our expense. Please ensure that your tribute is in new condition and that the original packaging is used for the return shipment.
Please take special care when reviewing your order form as well as proof(s) as it is easy to overlook an error. If there is an error on your approved proof that appears on your tribute, we will not be in a position to provide you with a refund. However, if you wish to order a replacement tribute, you will receive a 20% discount.
Once we have started working on your tribute, we cannot accept cancellations. As you can appreciate, it is impossible to re-sell services rendered to you since each tribute is personalized. In good faith, we require payment after a proof has been approved, not only to engender a trusting relationship, but also to increase customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know immediately so that we can let you know whether our work has begun.
Will you engrave a product that I supply?
Since we have become experts on the materials that we sell and we are able to stand behind the quality of our products, we have decided that it is best for us not to solely perform engraving. 
Is it possible to purchase your products without engraving?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase our products without engraving as we go to great lengths to hand select most of them, not only for their beauty but also because they are highly suitable for engraving. Additionally, many plaques that we carry cannot be re-stocked as they are one of a kind. 
Do you sell products that are not shown on your flyer or on your web site?
Yes, we sell different sizes of many stocked items as well as a wide variety of plaques, desk items and wood urns that are not shown on our flyer or our web site. Our black marble and multi-coloured stone plaques are currently only available at our Innisfil showroom. Please let us know what product you are looking for, and we will let you know if it is part of our repetoire. 
Which products are suitable for indoor use? Which products are suitable for outdoor use?
All of our tributes are suitable for indoor use. The black granite and black marble plaques are also suitable for outdoor use. The multi-coloured stone plaques that do not contain crystals and that are natural in colour may also be placed outdoors.
How shall I clean my stone tribute?
You can clean your stone tribute with the use of a dry cloth or a cloth with a small amount of water or a cloth with a stone cleaner/polisher available at a local tile store. Please do not use soap or detergent to clean your stone tribute as they can stain the surface. It is important to regularly wipe outdoor tributes as calcium deposits can discolour the engraved area. 
How shall I clean my wood tribute?
You can clean your wood tribute with the use of a dry cloth as well as furniture polish. First, wipe your tribute with a dry cloth. Next, apply a small amount of furniture polish to the cloth and wipe the surface outside of the engraved area. Please do not apply the furniture polish to the engraved area as it can stain the surface. 
How shall I clean and maintain my jarred candle?
Prior to cleaning and lighting your candle, trim the wick. Next, wipe the inside and outside of the candle with a dry cloth or a duster. Then apply a small amount of windex or vinegar and water to a cloth and wipe the inside and outside of the glass jar (not including the wax). Last, ensure your jarred candle is dry by wiping off any remaining liquid. If and when you wish to replace the wax contained within your glass jar, you can do so with a suitable votive candle.
For safety reasons, never leave your burning candle unattended and never leave it within the reach of a child or pet.
